Continuing my highlights of all that was good in 2017, on now to my Films Of The Year. From the utterly bonkers surrealist horror of Darren Aranofsky’s ‘Mother!’ to the wholesome modern family classic that is Paddington 2, variety is the spice of life and all that! And before the pedants come out of the woodwork, yes I know ‘Victoria’ and ‘I, Daniel Blake’ are not technically 2017 films, but I saw them late, so back in your box.  Feel free to send me back some of your own faves..
